- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to introduce some important chapters from the mathematics of university master study as the necessary mathematical training for the courses in physics. The chapters are chosen to follow the courses Mathematics I, II and III of bachelor study of Applied physics and the course Chosen problems from applied mathematics I of the master study of Applied physics.

- 1. linear ordinary differential equations of n-th order
2. sequences and series with variable members
3. elements of functional analysis, Fourier and Laplace transformations

- * 10 points from written test in exercises (maximum is 15 points) and active participation in exercises (maximum is 5 points)
