The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
The aim of the subject is to intensify and develop the reached knowledge of grammatical and lexical systems of French with the combination of intensive training of four language skills in the communicative context. The students come to realize the system of the language in its common use with application of interesting texts for both listening and reading and ways of word formation. The students are led to conscious and goal-directed use of the language in communication with respect to fluency and correctness. The students work with the textbook Francouzština nejen pro samouky. The content of lessons differs according to the level of students' language competences and according to that they are divided into two groups (Elementary, Pre-intermediate).
Syllabus (in Czech)
  • Předmět poskytuje základní znalosti v případě studentů začátečníků a prohlubuje znalosti francouzštiny získané za středoškolských studií. Sleduje rovnoměrný rozvoj všech základních jazykových dovedností: poslechu, porozumění a mluvení. Pozornost věnuje i rozvoji podpůrných znalostí - gramatiky a pravopisu. Cílem je připravit studenty k práci s odbornými texty.
