Course objectives
The aim of the course is to improve knowledge of English language for gastronomy, spa and tourism students. Students will be introduced different types of media: films, series, documentary films and TV coverage. Students are expected to understand the content, react and explain given situations. They will argue and give personal opinions and communicate over the plot. They will prepare own translations. Students widen and deepen their language skills especially in the area of understanding spoken and written English in the field of gastronomy and tourism.
