Course objectives
The course continues in the knowledge acquired during the preceding course Communication with the aim to employ the acquired knowledge, to master in practice the principles of communication for the improvement of the level of services provided to future clientele. The meaning is to practise active communication, to master the knowledge of communication techniques, to eliminate communication barriers, to choose suitable verbal and nonverbal means for different types of communication, and to use audio-visual equipment for feedback analysis of speech by means of efficient teaching methods (written preparation, oral interpretation of discourse, model dialogues, discussion including evaluation and self-evaluation).
