Course objectives
The aim of the course is to reach such knowledge of the legal system that will enable the consequent study of particular disciplines of law as well as application of the acquired knowledge when solving practical tasks and real situations of common and business activities. The students will be well informed about the system and disciplines of law such as constitution law and civil law. They will know the organisation and functioning of courts, principles and processes of lawsuit as well as criminal proceedings. Based on the fact of permanent necessity of statutes updating, the students will be informed about the possibilities of finding amendments and how to use them.
