Course objectives
In this course the use of Mathematica system as tool for symbolic calculations will be discussed.

  • 1. Computer algebra history.
    2. Tools for symbolic calculations.
    3. Introducion to Mathematica structured language.
    4. Variables, functions, lists, loops, conditions, mapping.
    5. Algebralic manipulations.
    6. Symbolic integration
