Course objectives
The course introduces general terms such as communication, language definition, sentence, morphology, etc. It provides the overview of the grammatical categories of flexible word classes, it comments on the inflexible word classes, and it mainly focuses on the frequent phenomena within these categories. The lectures follow up the content of German morphology 1. Attention is paid to adjective, adverbs, pronouns, prepositions and conjunctions. The seminar focuses on the practical application of the knowledge learned at the lectures and particularly its practice.
