Course objectives
During the course students should to master a basic knowledge of management, to understand the difference between leadership and management of the basic components of an organization and adopt the principles of strategic thinking. Attention is also devoted to human resources in relation to the knowledge society, characterized by a move from strategic resource of industrial society (capital) to strategic resources such as information, knowledge, creative thinking and action.

    1. Theory and practice of management. Principles of modern management.The difference between
    management and leadership. Analysis 4E. Process management.
    2. Strategic management and plannig. Synergistic effect.
    3. Consulting in management. World Management Guru: Peter F. Drucker.
    4. Components of the organization's management. Business environment and management
    processes. Planning and management information system. The corporate culture.
    5. Human resources. The Learning Organiation. Peter M. Senge and the Fifth Discipline.
