- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to provide basic overview concerning cultural background studies of the Czech Republic with emphasis on particular historical areas, UNESCO sights and protected natural areas in German. The aim of the course is to inform students of geography and natural beauties, history, culture, important personalities, tourism regions, sights and basic characteristics of national and regional gastronomy. The main aim is to provide students with comprehensive overview of cultural studies characterising particular regions of the country, of the most visited natural, cultural and spa destinations as well as to widen and deepen their language skills especially in the area of understanding spoken discourse and providing basic information considering given topics in German.
