Prezentovat praktický soubor poznatků z oblasti komunikační a technické prostředky, hardwarová konfigurace pracoviště online přístupu a pracoviště se zdroji na CD-ROM. Role informačního specialisty-rešeršéra v rešeršních službách, odborný profil, etika v rešeršních službách. - Diferencovaný přístup k uživateli, analýza rešeršního požadavku v dialogu s uživatelem. - Uživatelská dokumentace databázových center a vybraných databází, jako jedna z forem uživatelského rozhraní.
