Obsahová náplň semináře vychází a časově sleduje obsahovou náplň přednášky Informační analýza dokumentu. Studenti mají v rámci cvičení zvládnout metodiku tvorby redukovaných textů a metody vyhledávání a vyhodnocování odborných informací v referátových časopisech a citačních rejstřících., dále zvládnout metodiku tvorby odborných referátu a metody vyhledávání v elektronické verzi Science Citation Index a Current Contents.)
