Course objectives
Students will verify and make measurements of acquired through practical knowledge of the subject Basics of Electronics I.
Syllabus
  • The content of laboratory exercises
    1. Laboratory Procedure, health and safety at work, first aid for injuries electricity.
    2. Soldering in electronics.
    3. Cooling of semiconductor devices.
    4. Measurement of VA characteristics of PN junction (Zener diode).
    5. Parametrical stabilizer with Zener diode.
    6. Graphical determination of the operating point of diodes, diode in switching mode in an AC circuit.
    7. Hybrid characteristics of the bipolar transistor in the circuit with common emitter.
    8. Series voltage regulator with power bipolar transistor.
    9. Electronic fuse with transistors and thyristors.
    10. Circuits with linear elements (introduction to circuit theory - Tevenin's theorem).
    11. Circuits with nonlinear elements - graphic design working point.
