- Course objectives
- The students will get acquainted with the basic determiners of human health; with the strategy of the programme Health for All in the 21 century adopted by the World Health Organization in the interest of the improvement of health of the population in European countries. The students will get information about the basic principles of the programme that include mainly the perception of health as the basic human right, protection of equality and solidarity of people concerning the questions of health and active participation of individuals, groups, organisations and state in the support of health. One of the ways of the complex strategy to sustain the health of individuals and population is healthy environment and healthy lifestyle including suppression of alcohol, drugs and smoking.
