Course objectives
The aim of the course is to go through the whole process which intertwines the classic photography with the digital image processing of film material and its computer postproduction. The course builds on the course called Photographic Technology from the third year of studies. The tuition will be divided into five practical seminars: 1) Creation of arranged scene, its lighting, and scanning on the classic film material, 2) Developing of the negative film from the previous session, 3) Digitization of the film material using a surface desktop scanner, 4) Post-production of the visual material in PC, 5) Preparation of the image for printing and publication, printing the final photograph.

  • Výuka bude rozdělelna do pěti praktických cvičení:
    vytvoření aranžované scény, její nasvícení a nasnímání na klasický filmový materiál
    vyvolání filmového negativu z předešlého cvičení
    digitalizace filmového materiálu pomocí plošného stolního scaneru postprodukce obrazového materiálu v PC
    příprava snímku na tisk a publikaci, tisk výsledné fotografie
