The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
The course focuses on database technology for their utilization and application in enterprises and institutions. The aim is to understand the use of database technology in theoretical and practical terms. It discusses and evaluates the performance of data and information processing using database technology, offers an understanding of architectures and designing database systems. Exercise takes the form of project education in the development system MS SQL Server.
Learning outcomes
Students will be able to:
- identify important features of database systems;
- describe the components of database systems;
- design simple commands to define database data and simple commands to manipulate data;
