- Course objectives
- Currently the attention is devoted to measuring human capital. During the seminar students learn about basic trends in this area. They also should get an overview of the issue of human resources and basic awareness about what are the key skills, functional literacy, information literacy, what are the differences between the concepts of qualification, skill, ability, education. The theory of multiple intelligence is mentioned. The aim of seminar is to prepare students for the first meeting with practice.

4. Howard Gardner - multiple intelligencies
5. Time management, coaching, systematical coaching
6. Personality development, kognitivy styles and strategies, systematical mistakes in thinking
