The aim of the course is to make the students acquainted with the basics of network communication protocols and encryption of data transfer.

  • network communication protocols, encryption algorithms, encryption keys, modern authentication protocols, LAN and WAN network protocols, characteristics of the communication protocol.

To handle the basic knowledge of network communication protocols and encryption of data transfer. Credit requirements: 80% attendance in the seminars, active participation, presentation of the assessed semester project. Exam requirements: to do the semester project.
