- The student with practical measurements to verify, reinforce and complement the knowledge gained from the course Fundamentals of Electronics I.
- Syllabus
- Topics of laboratory exercises
1.Laboratory Procedure, health and safety at work, first aid for injuries of electricity.
2. Soldering in electronics.
3. Cooling semiconductor devices.
4. Measurement of VA characteristics of PN junction (Zener diode).
5. Parameter Zener diode voltage stabilizer.
6 Graphical determination of the operating point of diode, diode switching mode in an AC circuit.
8. Hybrid characteristics of the bipolar transistor in common emitter configuration.
9. Series voltage regulator with power bipolar transistor.
10. Elektronics fuse with transistors and thyristors .
11. Electrical circuits with linear elements (introduction to circuit theory - Téveninův theorem).
12. Electrical circuits with nonlinear elements - graphic design of working point.
