Course objectives
This course is the first in a series of practical language courses. It aims at overall development of grammar, vocabulary, writing, listening and speaking. The textbook FCE Result used in the course corresponds to Level Three in the Cambridge ESOL five-level system, and Council of Europe Level B2.

Teacher's information
To pass the course the students are required to achieve at least 70% in each part of the exam:
1) Grammar and vocabulary (max 90, min 63 points)
2) Listening (max 20, min 14 points)
3) Reading (max 20, min 14 points)
4) Writing (max 20, min 14 points)
5) Speaking (max 50, min 35 points)
There will be one retake for each part of the exam. The students will only have to retake the part(s) of the exam which they fail.
