Course objectives
The program of Practical Exercises is designed to enable students to systematically develop all four language skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing) together with the Writing Practice subject. For this reason, in addition to the Czech textbook, Italian textbooks and exercise books are also used. The contents of the exercises are mainly focused on deepening the basic knowledge of Italian grammar and expanding the vocabulary. Listening to recordings of native speakers and reading simple texts related to everyday life develop the listeners' ability to understand (written) spoken and written speech and are the basis for written and conversational exercises on well-known topics.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, the student will be able to:
- master Italian at the A2-B1 level;
- deepen their knowledge of grammar, including the use of technical terminology;
- understands authentic spoken text and is able to comment on it;
- can understand and translate more professional written text and process a summary;
- can express and defend his opinion.
