Prerequisites
The student will receive credit if he/she regularly attends supervision and practice, meets the set requirements, prepares a practice diary and other required documents, and receives a recommendation from a supervisor from the relevant practice facility.

Course objectives
The purpose of the subject is to ensure a functional connection of the theoretical base with the practical application of the acquired knowledge, practice allows students to acquire a professional identity, support their professional competence and develop competences for the performance of the profession. The aim of the subject Supervision and professional practice II is to gain practical experience in routine work with a client and at the same time to learn to reflect on one's experiences within supervision. Professional practice will allow the student to gain experience with the client in the field, get to know their living conditions and needs, verify theoretical starting points and acquire basic professional skills. In the selected institution of public administration, the student will orient himself in its mission, composition of the client group, organizational structure, staffing, links to other institutions or facilities and relevant legislation. During the internship, attention will also be paid to teamwork, including cooperation with other organizations and institutions. Professional practice II will be implemented in the form of an individual, ongoing internship in selected institutions of public administration. In relation to the institution, students are actively involved in the work of the team, understand their role in the workplace, orientate themselves in the activities and understand the values ​​and goals of the institution, orient themselves in the internal rules of the institution and observe them. The supervision of professional practice is aimed at reflecting the practical experience of students within the supervision process. Students are introduced to basic knowledge about the forms and goals of supervision, including basic supervision approaches and ethical principles of supervision. Attention is also paid to the process of preparation, negotiation and content of the supervision contract. The subject emphasizes group supervision work, team supervision, including the application of Bálint's groups in supervision. Students are introduced to basic information on the use of transactional analysis and psychodrama in supervision and selected supervision techniques.
Learning outcomes
The supervision of professional practice is aimed at reflecting the practical experience of students within the supervision process.   • Clarification of the student's position during the internship 2. Defining the mission and goals of the workplace, target group of clients 3. Familiarization with the organizational and personnel structure of the institution. Tasks of individual workers, identification of team work opportunities, supervision opportunities (internal, external) 4. Acquaintance with the legislation and work regulations governing workers in the institution or organization 5. Definition of the typology of the problems of the clients of the given institution 6. Method of keeping data about clients, protection of the client's personality against possible misuse of personal information 7. Methods used and approaches to clients in the workplace 8. Students observe work with a client at the workplace 9. Independent work with the client under the professional guidance of the worker 10. Overall assessment of practice in terms of the use of theoretical knowledge and its applicability in practice

Teaching methods
In the chosen facility, a contract on the implementation of practice is concluded, in which the rights and obligations of the school and the workplace are treated, including in connection with the handling of confidential data and confidentiality, occupational safety and fire protection. Each student has a supervisor in the internship organization, who is the authorized person in the organization accompanying and supervising the student during the internship. About practice, the student keeps a practice diary, which, in addition to confirmed attendance, will also include an evaluation by the supervisor from the facility and a self-evaluation of the student. Students of the combined form will proceed and complete the practice analogously to students of the full-time form of study, they will have the opportunity to use group supervision at the faculty, individual supervision in person or through MS Teams with a guarantee of practice at the faculty.
