Předmět integruje vybrané poznatky z psychologie, kriminologie a práva v aplikaci na problematiku obětí trestných činů. Obsahem předmětu jsou základní informace o dopadu trestného činu na oběť s akcentem na riziko sekundární viktimizace. Předmět je určen pouze studentům 3. ročníku VSRP.
