- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is provide the students with primary professional knowledge and skills form the area of general management and personal management. In the frame of the lectures, the concept of human resource management will be presented as applied managerial discipline representing the current advanced concept of personal management as well as important area of managerial activity aimed at personal optimalization of organizations and development of their human potential. Presented topic of lectures are further exercised by the means of seminar. The course is intended for Department of Public Administration and Regional Policy students only.
