- Course objectives
- The course links the knowledge of general part of administrative law and knowledge of administrative proceedings in the first grade. The aim of the course is to terminate the interpretation of administrative proceedings, the topics of re-inquiries of decisions and executions. The lectures deal also with general questions of control and other guarantees in public administration, court re-inquiry of administrative proceedings, responsibility for administrative delicts and administrative justice. Finally, the attention is paid to law regulations of selected fields of public administration, i.e. internal administration and administration of policy, including question of sanction of extraordinary delicts.
