- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to provide the students with principal knowledge of project management with usage of modern methods of work and with usage of information and communication technologies. The students will be presented basic processes and rules (structure of guidance of the project, composition of project team, recommended type of positions and activities in project, labour-law relations), with criteria of legitimacy, with management and decision in project realization, with management of financial supplies and management of expenditures and administration of the whole project. On concrete examples, the students will be introduced applications for project management, for diagrams creation and for PDF files creation.

- 1. Principal concepts and principles of project management
2. Characteristics and typology of projects, documentation
3. Organization and coordination of project, role and conducting structures of projects
4. Project targets and target groups
5. Activity planning and planning of project resources, optimalization of projects, usage of applications
6. Management and decision, basic concepts
7. Management of financial supplies, budget making and management of expenditures, project financing and management of investments
8. Management of risks and changes
9. Leading people and project teams, culture of projects
10. Horizontal themes, project outputs, monitoring indicators
11. Administration of the project, monitoring and control of the course of the project, operating statements, termination of the project, audit, obligatory appendices of the project
12. Procedure of commission procurement when acquiring goods, services and construction works from the financial supplies
