Course objectives
The course provides information about basic variants of forms of constitutional-juridical and institutional-political settings of selected post-communist countries. It concentrates on genesis of political schemes in the areas of central and Eastern Europe after 1989, it classifies from the point of view of state and government forms and draws attention both on characteristic and lawful tendencies and on anomalies within this set.
