Rozšiřuje poznatky a dovednosti v oblasti ošetřovatelské péče o akutní a chronické rány.
Syllabus (in Czech)
  • Obsah seminárních a praktických cvičení:
    1. Rány obecně, druhy ran, mechanismy vzniku. Proces hojení. Požadavky na výživu. Ošetřovatelský odhad a ošetřovatelská diagnostika u ošetřování ran.
    2. Principy a způsoby ošetřování ran. Lokální terapeutická opatření, celková terapeutická opatření. 3. Suché ošetřování ran. Vlhké ošetřování ran. Požadavky na obvazový materiál dle typu rány.
    4. Ošetřovatelská péče o klienta s chirurgickou ránou. Ošetřovatelská péče o klienta s akutním traumatickým defektem.
    5. Infekce v ráně. Typy infekcí, ošetřovaní infikované rány.
    6. Dekubitus, mechanismus vzniku dekubitu, prevence, časná detekce. Stupně dekubitu a jejich závažnost pro organizmus.
    7. Ošetřovatelská péče o pacienta s dekubitem dle stádia onemocnění.
    8. Diabetická noha, predispozice pro vznik onemocnění, preventivní opatření, časná detekce.
    9. Ošetřovatelská péče o pacienta s diabetickou nohou dle stádia onemocnění.
    10. Bércový vřed, mechanismus vzniku, preventivní opatření, predispozice pro vznik onemocnění, časná detekce defektu.
    11. Ošetřovatelská péče o pacienta s bércovým vředem dle stádia onemocnění.
