Course objectives
The course links the knowledge of basics of law theory and law system and comprises basic theoretical approaches, concepts, institutes and law mechanicals of administrative law in the Czech republic. The most important ant law instruments provided by Czech law order to realize the targets, functions, methods and forms of the scope of the state administration are explained in detail. The process of decision making of administrative authorities in administrative proceedings is also followed. The teaching comprises also the basics of administrative European law.
