Course objectives
The aim of the course is to teach students to work in available applications for research. Students will learn methods that are used for analysis of data obtaining from the questionnaire. They will also be able to process the data in the available applications, sort, test and present the results. The part of the course will be learning and practicing particular methods in the SPSS program.
Syllabus
  • 1st The basic terminology of marketing, database and overview of applications for research and marketing
    2nd Basis of statistics and basic terminology
    3rd Matrix of data, variables. One-dimensional and two-dimensional analysis of categorical data
    4th Sorting a chart
    5th T-tests, correlation and regression analysis
    6th Tables and graphs. Frequency of distribution, and hypothesis testing, relationships between variables
    7th Planning, preparation and objectives of research, statistical methods for research
    8th Preparing of data files
    9th Working in applications
    10th Working in the statistical program for data analysis
    11th Presentation of results
    12th The different methods in SPSS program
