Course objectives
The objective of the course International Management is to acquaint students with modern approaches and methods of international management in the business sphere. Deepening and expanding knowledge about current approaches to international management is implemented through case studies focusing on selected topics and issues.
Learning outcomes
- identify the main specifics of international management;
- describe factors influencing the management of international operations;
- apply managerial principles in an international environment;
- analyze intercultural differences relevant to the success of the business entity;
- to propose and explain the solution of a specific situation in the international area.
