Course objectives
The aim is to acquaint students with the basic issues of general psychology and with selected areas of work psychology and management psychology. Education is conceived as the basis of psychology for managers. At the same time its aim is to contribute to self-knowledge, the development of student's personality as well as possibility of self-realization. Subject at the same time forms a natural starting point for many other disciplines in education, focusing on communication, management, but also on human resources, adult education, psychology of the personality, etc.
