Course objectives
Objective of the course is to introduce to essence of strategic management. Strategic management is define as many decisions and activities. Result of this decisions and activities is an ability to create of firm strategic plans and its further application. The strategic plans enable to accomplish the firm goals. Students will be introduced to functions and behavior schemas of top management, too, which is responsible for creation and realization of strategic decisions.

    6. Analysis of internal firm environment
    7. Financial analysis of firm, strategic control and investment planning
    8. Transnational environment as a space of economy globalization
    9. Strategies - choice and types. Functional strategy, typology of strategic approaches.
    10. Risk and entrepreneurial crisis in a formation process of firm strategy.
    11. Process strategy implementation.
    12. Contemporary managerial approaches to firm management.
    13. Strategy of territorial unit.
