Course objectives

The aim is to familiarize students with the importance of human resource management and with the role of HR in the company. To point out the new role of personnel management in the world and in the country. To put emphasis on systemic interpretation and practicing basic program of personnel management in our businesses and organizations. To achieve mastery of basic methods and techniques applied in human resources management in enterprises and institutions with emphasis on the moral aspects and cooperative partnership between employees and employers.

  9. Business education of employees and development of managers
  10. Remuneration of employees
  11. Occupational relations in the enterprise and the role of trade unions in their interaction
  12. Care for workers and occupational safety and health
  13. HR information system and personal data protection
