    5. Motivation - from concept to application
    6. Communication networks
    Content of the course:
    1. Organizational culture
    Organizational culture versus national culture. Strong versus weak culture. Cultural change.
    2. Organizational behaviour
    Individuals and groups in the organization. Foundations of individual and group behaviour.
    3. Team Work
    Team versus group. Types of team. High performance team.
    4. Team leadership
    Team leadership - trait theories, behavioural theories, contingency theories.
    5. Motivation - from concept to application
    Contemporary theories of motivation. Application of Management by Objectives, Behaviour Modification. Employee Involvement programs.
    6. Communication networks
    Cross Cultural aspects of communication, Communication process in formal and informal groups.
    (The part concerning Legal Aspects of Entrepreneurship will be completed.)
