- Making the students familiar with chosen issues the psychology of the personality. Teach them to apply informations and skills in to practical activities of management staff. Subject is recommended also for futures social workers and human sources managers. A range of the particular parts of subject is flexible. Intensity and accents depends on students ability and preparations during intoductions subjects like general psychology and sociology.

- Making the students familiar with chosen issues the psychology of the personality. Teach them to apply informations and skills in to practical activities of management staff. - 1. An introduction to psychology of personality: Aims, structur and system of study. Conditions during the process of individualization of the personality. Mature personality characteristics. Personalities successfull managers. Johariswindow. Self reflection as a instrument of growing mangers professionality.
2. Integrity of the personality. Conscious, importance and his structures. Meaning of ego, self identification process. Sources of the self -building. Defence mechanisms. Corection of the self consciousness and practical training of technics.
3. MBTI typology. Managers typology MBTI. Potentiality MBTI - self cognition, managers styles corrections in effectivity of communication and managing people. Cognitive styles and their communicative and managing potential.
4. Characteristic of personality. temperament. extraversion, introversion and their application in self cognition, work cooperation and client service. Training of model situations. Learys system and his application. Controlling bases. Proactivity training.
5. Stability of personality. stress. stressful situations and influence on organism of modern people."A" and "B" type of behavior. Burnout syndrome, organism collapse. antistress programs. training of chosen relaxing technics.
