Course objectives (in Czech)
Na základě vstupní diagnostiky herní úrovně zapsaných studentů, sestavení specifického semestrálního programu výuky. Základy pravidel sportovních her. Hlavním cílem je seznámit studenty se základy sportovních her Odbíjená, basketbal, badminton, stolní tenis.
Syllabus (in Czech)
  • Sportovní hry ženy
    Na základě vstupní diagnostiky herní úrovně zapsaných studentů, sestavení specifického semestrálního programu výuky. Základy pravidel sportovních her. Hlavním cílem je seznámit studenty se základy sportovních her Odbíjená, basketbal, badminton, stolní tenis.
    1. Vstupní diagnostika, základní pravidla sport. Her
    2. Basketbal - základní HČJ, přihrávka, střelba, základy herních systémů
    3. Odbíjená - Základní herní činnosti - odbití obouruč vrchem a spodem. Specifika obranného
    postavení, podmínky přechodu z obrany do útoku.
    4. Badminton - Držení pálky, postavení hráče a pohyb po hřišti. Základní údery nad hlavou, zkrácení
    hry a pohyb k síti, hra u sítě.
    5. Stolní tenis - Držení pálky, základní postavení a hráčský střeh. Pohyb v hracím prostoru, podání a
    příjem podání, základní přímý úder - práce nohou a rotace trupu.
