Course objectives
Main topics of the course are accommodation, catering and ancillary services. The aim is to inform students about the management and operation of its individual parts (administrative, accommodation, catering, technical stretch, stretch ancillary services). Students will learn to solve complex situations create products based on differentiated target groups.
