Course objectives
To review and to deepen the knowledge of Master Study Graduates about the current theoretical approaches, methodologies and practical knowledge in management, strategic management and project management in business firms and other entities. To provide information about the contents, procedures, methods and tools used in the development and implementation of organization strategy in national and international context. To learn how to apply the methods and tools of strategic management in specific cases of business strategy.
