Course objectives
Course objectives: Level B 1.2 intermediate The aim of the first year teaching is to achieve the B1 level with the students. Communication skills in German are oriented on the common professional situations, as well as the ability to be well informed about the language in a wide range of issues of the daily professional reality and learning life and institutions in German speaking countries. All four types of skills are developed comprehensively - speaking, reading, listening and writing. Emphasis is placed on active speaking, the language readiness and the ability to express oneself fluently in German, so that students are prepared for foreign scholarships. It systematically leads to obtain an international certificates ZdaF along with the preparation for further international professionally oriented exams such as ZDfB.

Teacher's information
The course is completed with an ongoing written or oral test and course credit test.
Students have the opportunity to gain 100 points as a maximum, while for the credit they have to obtain at least 60 points. Students who are repeating the course are not required to have a 60% attendance.
Students may enroll part 2, if he/she successfully completed part 1, or if he/she is studying parts 1 and 2 at the same time.
