The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the basics of information technologies with a focus on: Informatics in business practice, Operating systems, Text editors, Spreadsheet calculator, Creation of presentations and Database management system

Assessment methods (in Czech)
Requirements for the student: minimum 70% attendance at seminars, processing and presentation of seminar work in the form of PowerPoint presentation, separate processing of practical tasks (Word, Excel, Access). Evaluation methods: separate processing of practical tasks in Word, Excel and Access (30 % rating), processing and presentation of seminar work (30% rating), final exam (40 % rating).
