- The aim of this course is learn to students what to do in dangerous situations and basics techniques of selfdefence. Practical exercises and training of situation is part of course.

- 1. Prevention of assult.
2. Behaviour in dangerous situation.
3. Comunication with police.
4. Legislation.
5. Selfdefence against aggressor and group of aggressors.
6. Selfdefence of women.
7. Psyche of aggressor and defender.
8. Practical exercises and training.
