Cílem předmětu je seznámit studenty s použitím ekonomických a rozhodovacích teorií a nástrojů k řešení podnikových rozhodovacích problémů.

• Výrobní proces, výrobní faktory.
  Investiční činnost a klasifikace investic v podniku.
  Financování podniku, finanční management, finanční analýza.
  Podniková strategie, sdružování podniků.
  Specifikace výrobních podniků a podniků služeb.
  Banka jako specifický podnik a bankovní obchody.
  Rozbor výkonnosti podniku, interní a externí audit.
  Krize, sankce a zánik podniku.
