Course objectives
The main aim of the subject is to explain and to define material, technical and financial solution of crisis events. Attention is paid to humanitarian aid questions.
Syllabus
  • 1. General principles of public administration function and management.
    2. Designated assets for crisis situation solution.
    3. Defence planning. Civil emergency planning.
    4. Economic measures for emergencies.
    5. Crisis management financing.
    6. Financing the recovery after natural disasters and other extraordinary events.
    7. Financial control system in public administration in the application to crisis management.
