Course objectives
This subject continues the course of Practical language skills 1. The tutorials aim at improving knowledge of Italian grammar, developing the communication skills and extending the students` vocabulary. After the first block of the Practical language skills course (together with the courses of Italian Conversation, Communication skills and Writing practice) the students should reach the A2-B1 level according to CEFR.
Syllabus
  • 1.-2. Descrivere le persone, fare paragone, offrire oggetti, accettare e rifiutare, chiedere in prestito, Gradi e alterazioni dell`avverbio, proposizioni esclusive implicite (senza + infinito), fare causativo
    3.-4. Chiedere il permesso di fare qualcosa, concederlo e rifiutare, offrire e chiedere aiuto,
    Imperativo positivo e negativo
    5.-6. Chiedere e spiegare la composizione dei cibi, parlare dei gusti in rapporto con i cibi,
    Forma di cortesia, proposizioni temporali implicite (prima di + infinito)
    7.-8. Ordinare e chiedere cose in un ristorante, programma della TV,
    Gerundio semplice, stare + gerundio
    9.-10. Descrivere la casa, Passato remoto dei verbi in -are/ -ire, pronomi relativi
    11.-12. Situare un avvenimento nel passato, parlare di avvenimenti storici,
    Passato remoto dei verbi in -ere e dei verbi irregolari

At least 80% attendance, 2 grammar and vocabulary tests during the semester. The course is concluded with an oral exam.
