- Požadavky na studenta v průběhu semestru a kritéria pro hodnocení: výuka předpokládá průběžnou přípravu studenta. Kvalita výuky je systematicky prověřována formou testů, prezentací zadaných referátů aj. Podmínkou získání zápočtu je úspěšné vykonání zápočtového testu a aktivní účast na cvičeních. Uspěje-li student u zápočtového testu, získá automaticky zápočet. Neuspěje-li student, má nárok na jeden opravný zápočtový test. Testy jsou zaměřeny na problematiku služeb.

- Course objectives
- Students will become familiar with the legislative definition of library and information services to their specifics, the current standards of public library and information services (VKIS). They know the current concept of KIS, the information needs of users, their typology and categorization. Based on the statistical outputs libraries, students learn about their use to the design of services. They will focus on KIS in the electronic environment.

Information on the extent and intensity of the course: Přednáška 10 HOD/SEM. - Teacher's information
- Criteria for mastery test: The conditions for the test, seminar paper of A4 5 on a given topic. The oral exam is focused on the content of lectures and basic literature and emphasis on students' orientation in the field.
