Course objectives
This series of lectures is devoted to the everyday life of the nobility of the Czech lands in the Middle Ages and early modern period. It is focused on selected thematic areas representing (but of course not fully) the individual segments of the world and life of nobles. Emphasis is also put on performances of modern research approaches and trends. Students are familiarized with the basic types and range of sources as by the availability of research to the public.
