Course objectives
The aim of this course is mainly practical: sharing space for self-knowledge and experience, openness to new experiences and finding your own ways and ways of mental hygiene. The course is based on an experiential approach to mental hygiene and uses practical exercises (practice of relaxation techniques, etc.), reflected experience and discussions. Theoretical inputs are classified to provide a practical target. Since the effectiveness of the offered procedures depends on their systematic application, students will be led to active and systematic practice of selected procedures during the semester.
