- Course builds on the knowledge gained in the quoting of the subjects of law and public administration, when the subject is the interpretation of one of the public administration system, and that the procedural steps in the exercise of State administration. Passing of the course will allow students to acquire knowledge about the function of public administration,which carrying out public authorities, public corporations and legal and natural persons authorized by the State at central and territorial level in execution of state administration.

- Course objectives
- Course builds on the knowledge gained in the quoting of the subjects of law and public administration, when the subject is the interpretation of one of the public administration system, and that the procedural steps in the exercise of State administration. Passing of the course will allow students to acquire knowledge about the function of public administration,which carrying out public authorities, public corporations and legal and natural persons authorized by the State at central and territorial level in execution of state administration.
