The experience of international mobility will enable to improve students ‘professional, linguistic and intercultural competencies, aligning with their business focus. The primary objectives are to:

 

·       Develop students' international business experience through real-world exposure.

·       Enhance students' cultural awareness and ability to work effectively in diverse, cross-cultural environments.

·       Cultivate a mindset geared towards sustainable business practices within a global context.

·       Strengthen students' linguistic skills and professional competencies through immersive international experiences.

·       Enable students to apply theoretical knowledge to practical situations in international business settings.

 

Phases of the International Business Mobility:

1.      Pre-Departure Preparation

a.      Selection of internship/study stay

b.      Setting learning objectives for the internship/study stay

c.      Formulating project ideas to be developed during the internship/study stay

2.      International internship/study stay

o   Engage in daily tasks and responsibilities at the host institution

o   Work on the approved project in international teams, focusing on sustainable business practices

o   Participate in activities and interactions that enhance cultural awareness

o   Reflect on the differences in business practices and cultural norms between the host country and home country

o   Improve language skills relevant to the international business environment

3.      Post-Internship Reflection and Reporting

a.      Written Report Submission:

b.      Detailed report on the internship/study stay experience, including the progress of the project, challenges faced, and lessons learned.

                                      i.     Analysis of how the experience has influenced the student’s understanding of international business and sustainability.

c.      Host Institution Confirmation:

                                      i.     Submission of a written confirmation from the host institution verifying the completion of the internship/study stay.

d.      Final Presentation

                                      i.     Present the project outcomes and personal reflections to peers (team at home institution), facilitator and instructor.

                                     ii.     Discuss the impact of the international experience on professional development.
