The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
The course aims to familiarize students with the many aspects which arise during start-up arise during start-up phase (preparation and implementation of investment project), especially in the field of trade and services, but also production. The aim of the course is to educate students to compile a realistic business plan with all the essential parts. The course extends students' theoretical knowledge of economic subjects, management, human resources and law with an emphasis on starting a business. During the lectures will be ensured SMEs expert presentation on practical experience from investing activities and strategic management of SMEs.
